Job Description

  1. Provide comprehensive administrative support including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and handling phone calls.
  2. Coordinate and manage calendars for executives or team members, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as required.
  3. Facilitate effective communication between executives, team members, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and accurate information.
  4. Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, materials, and presentations, and take minutes during meetings as needed.
  5. Handle administrative tasks such as processing expense reports, managing invoices, and coordinating office maintenance and repairs as required.

Requirements

  1. Fresh graduate or minimum 3 years of experience in administrative support roles, preferably as a secretary, within a relevant industry or organization or related field.
  2. A Diploma's degree from all majors, with preference given to the following majors: Management, Administration, Communication.
  3. Minimum GPA of 3.25
  4. Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to compose clear and professional correspondence, emails, and reports.
